Refund policy

We want you to love your smile. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return.

How our guarantee works

  • Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened products: because whitening is a personal-care item, we can't resell an opened kit — but we still stand behind it. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or it didn't work as expected, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit, and a refund if we can't resolve it.

To be eligible, you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return
To start a return, contact us at support@luminarysmile.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What can't be returned
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept the return of opened or used whitening products unless they arrived damaged, defective, or faulty — in those cases the guarantee above applies. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. If you're unsure about your situation, just ask.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen it, contact us at support@luminarysmile.com.
